Goodreads Blurb: Sidney’s matchmaking business is suffering. When her best friend convinces her to put on a fake engagement ring to boost customer confidence in her, she reluctantly agrees. Couldn’t hurt to try, right? And when her childhood crush comes walking in, she’s glad to have her fake engagement as an excuse not to get involved with him. He shattered her heart ten years ago, and she can’t take another painful Blake incident.
Blake can’t believe it when he sees Sidney, all grown up. She looks amazing. But she’s also off limits, or so he thinks. When he finds out she’s not really engaged, he’s confused as to why Sidney would lie to him. He makes it his goal to coax the truth out of her, even if he has to go to great lengths to do it.
Blissfully Married is a sweet romance, with no graphic content. This can be read as a stand-alone novel.
Narrator Review: Melissa Sternenberg 4.9/5 Stars Ms. Sterenberg’s voices for her characters in the novel is very funny, I couldn’t stop laughing, cause I could see them as if I was there, watching, and seeing everything happening in front of me. I really enjoyed listening to her! I want to hear more from this narrator!
Final Notes: Blissfully Married 4.93/5 This novel was the first novel by this author, but it will not be the last! The complexity of the characters, especially Sidney and Blake, was enlightening and refreshing. Sidney’s insecurities with life and her business, and pain about the past, I understand completely why she hid her feelings from Blake, and from everyone. No one wants to be rejected, specifically twice by the same man. I’m happy that everyone got their happily ever afters!
Until Tomorrow, AGirlandHerTablet is ready for her next novel!
