Story: Enda has left Chicago for a small town in Montana, and she has decided that she can not trust herself to fall in love again. She has had some heartbreak in Chicago that keeps her heart guarded, while Hugh does not want to bring a wife into his world, one full of work and hardship, and he believes that no woman would ever want this type of life. However, both have found each other easy to talk to and be around, and feelings change as time progresses. When Christmas comes along, Enda does not want to return to Chicago, yet when her boss gives her a ticket back home, he hires Hugh to drive her to the station. Problems arise, and will she and Hugh have a happily ever after?
Final Notes: 4.8/5 Stars! This is a wonderful story and I hope to go back and read all of this series, for it is full of action, romance that deals with the inner heart, and full of emotions. I felt for Enda, for I know how it is when someone you love hurts you, and you are afraid to love again, but when real love, that endures. I felt the cold, the fear, and the excitement throughout the story, and I hope that all her other stories are as well written, exciting, and sweet as this one!
